The Challenge Network, Helping Hands
The Challenge Network is a national charity that was founded in 2009. Their mission is to connect and inspire people to strengthen their communities. As part of the challenge network young people volunteer at a community organisation.
As part of this scheme KORI was lucky enough to gain 12 extra hands for a day. We used the volunteers to help us publicize our after school program to the local community, we had a stool at Ducketts Common and one on Wood Green high road handing out leaflets, balloons and generally spreading the word.
