MATCHING UK SKILLS AND POTENTIAL TO AFRICAN YOUTH DEVELOPMENT NEEDS

Firstly, KORI would like to say a massive congratulations and thank-you to all those involved in the Vessel trip to The Gambia. A lot of time and effort was spent preparing which skills to share and how to share them as well as having to raise £1,500 each for the trip. All volunteers individually ran a project focusing on a skill in which they have expertise in. These workshops were: –

      Communication and leadership

      Football and personal development

      Business skills

      Poetry and drama

    First Aid training

We are very pleased with how the workshops were conducted, bonds were created and knowledge was certainly shared in all directions. We are now getting ready to start planning for the next trip this December.
